I wrote last week that this is a great time of year to make and
get started on a New Year's Resolution because that negative
voice in your head isn't expecting it.
I mentioned that I had procrastinated in making my
powerpoint presentation for a seminar I'm speaking at in October.

Coincidentally, an article on beating procrastination crossed my
path a couple days later. Frankly, I didn't understand his method
but it reminded me of one I'd read of before.
If you are procrastinating...simply make a list of POSITIVE things
or experiences you will get when you complete whatever it is that
you've been procrastinating about.
Keep this list where you can refer to it whenever you are
procrastinating. Hopefully it will provide the PAIN needed
to get you going.
I'm up to 37 Powerpoint slides which I did in just a couple hours.
My list gets me going and keeps me going because it reminds me
what is at stake.
Make your pain list right now...DON'T PROCRASTINATE!
