A public thank you to all the nice folks who agreed to be contacted
by the BBB and discuss their experiences with me.  Please let me
know if you hear from them.

I have a subscriber with a baby on the way and loans with
outrageous interest rates they want to consolidate with an eye
toward buying a house.  Like many Americans they think buying a
house will somehow solve all their problems. 

I responded to her at my Own Your Paycheck blog and I'm hoping some
of my subscribers who THOUGHT buying a house was the answer to their
prayers will leave their comments.

Short answer:  If money is TIGHT, buying a house will make matters
WORSE not better.  Heck often times if money isn't tight BEFORE buying
a house, it is after you move in!

Got a lot of POSITIVE feedback on the official "I Hate Leo Quinn"
website mentioned last week.  It was the SECOND most popular link
last week.  I imagine that's because people were curious rather than that
many people actually hate me.

website would hurt me but the exact opposite happened.

Coincidentally, I picked up a book last night called "Whatever You
Think, Think The Opposite" 

It reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where George decides to do
"The Opposite" of all his instincts and surprisingly everything
in his life falls perfectly into place. 

He gets a date with a beautiful girl with the line "My name is George,
I'm unemployed and I live with my parents."  He gets a job with the
Yankees by chewing out "George Steinbrenner" during the interview. 
Very funny stuff.
