Hello!

Do you have your taxes done yet?  Waiting for a refund?  Want a lot
more deductions?

It seems like the perfect time of year to remind you that big tax
refunds are a bad thing.  They represent money that you could have
in your pocket every month.

Sure it's nice to get a big check in April or May but not having
that money during the year could be costing you hundreds of dollars
in interest charges.

Of course, it's not always easy to figure how to fill in the W-4
you get from your employer. The IRS now has a calculator on it's
website that will help.

The link to the IRS Witholding Calculator which will help you
decrease the amount you get back from the IRS each year (a good
thing) is http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96196,00.html

The purpose of this calculator is to help employees to ensure that
they do not have too much or too little income tax withheld from
their pay. It is not a replacement for Form W-4, but most people
will find it more accurate and easier to use than the worksheets
that accompany Form W-4. You may use the results of this program to
help you complete a new Form W-4, which you will submit to your
employer.

We've had quite a few join the ranks of mystery shopping
since my last newsletter.

The best report I've gotten back from the newbies was from Brad...

"I've got my first assignment tomorrow with Sams club (reimbursal of
purchase up to $10) and 3on Monday -- Sams club vision (free eye
glasses), Bank of America ($10), PetSmart ($10 reimbursal).  Going
very good so far. Thanks for your program!"

and then a few days later...

"Just completed my second and third today!

My first was a sams club business shop ($10 reimbursal)

Today I did a wal-mart vision center (up to $135 reimbursal
complete) and PetSmart ($10 reimbursal). I have a Bank of America
tomorrow over lunch ($10 shop fee).

This couldn't be easier! You get to deduct the mileage for your
trip on your taxes, and some will even reimburse you for your
mileage!"

****************

No doubt about it.  Brad is a lucky guy.  He got some jobs right
off the bat.  I also got a few reports of people not getting
contacted yet or only getting one job so far.

It's important to remember that this is a process and doesn't
happen overnight for most.  The longer you stick with it, the more
jobs you will get.  Do just ONE thing every day...sign up with a
new company...check a job posting board...just ONE thing.

Before you know it, you'll be an old pro but it does take
perserverance and it's not get r*ich quick.

If you haven't read my story of making $145 in my first 3
days, go to http://www.LeoQuinn.com/shop.html

I'm heading to San Jose, CA late this month and Phoenix, AZ, May
4-6 for a tax deductible trip!  If you happen to be the person at a
big company who schedules educational workshops for the
employees...and you are located near those places, please let me
know and maybe we can set something up!

Thanks so much for reading.

Have a great day!

If I can answer any questions for you, please drop me an email at Leo AT LeoQuinn.com
and if I don't know the answer I can point you in the right direction.

P.S. Which scenario sounds better?

A. Typical Employee:

1. Earn Money
2. Get taxed
3. Spend what is left over.

B. Typical Self Employed:

1. Earn Money
2. Spend
3. Get taxed on what is left over.

So, start a business!

P.S. Need some fast cas*h?  Look in your closet!  I know right now
I'm sitting on at least $ 2000 worth of stuff I could sell on eBay.
If you know  "how to" eBay, get started.  If not here is a
great resource I've found...

"Thanks for the link to Emergency Cas*h Generators!  I don't usually
fall for such things, since most of them are rip-offs, but I
took a chance on this one because the link came from you.  And I love it!
The ideas are original and clever.  There's an idea there for just about
anyone -- extravert or introvert -- and it's triggered so many additional
ideas of my own!"  LuAnn
