I know you are busy so I will keep this short. 

One of my mentors sent out an email this week, a portion of which  I'd like to share with you now...

Take a moment right now and grab a pen and paper.

And write down just three things you are thankful for.

Let these three things guide you in your thoughts, and everything
you do and every action you take over the next seven days.

Remind yourself every day of them, and keep them working in your
thoughts when negative thoughts try to take over.

Do this right now, get the pen and paper and write them down.
