I have been really interested in people's stories around finding extra money and then went
online to my bank account. They had credited me with £20 just as an incentive for telling them

catalogue I run.
I was going through some old coins and found a bank envelope with $223
cash. I must have
put it in there and forgot about it. The name of the bank on the
envelope is one that sold
out to another bank years ago. I bought jeans at a church thrift
shop and found a $10
bill in one pocket. Also, when I changed e-mail addresses I
unexpectedly got the first 30
days free. That was worth $9.94.

This week, got $35 rebate gift card from Lowe's that I sent in on a whim.

I stopped into a store to buy some needed craft supplies. The total bill came to $86. While there, I
unexpectedly ran into an old friend, who was an employee and just getting off work. She walked me thru
the checkout and, with her employee discount, I paid $53. That's a savings of $33.

You know that surprised feeling you get when you put on a pair of
slacks and find cash
in the pocket? It was only $2, but it's
still a nice little bonus.

Got home from work
today and waiting for me was a $10 check for
participating in market
research earlier in the summer. This game is SO fun!
