A JUMPSTART ON YOUR GOALS!
Here we are at the end of 2014. The perfect time to
get a jumpstart on goals for the new year.
We did this for the
first time a couple years ago and here is some of the feedback...
This was the most
useful goal reaching exercise I've ever come across! Thank you so
much for passing this "system" along. I will definitely continue
this, since the 'never-ending' unfinished nature of target reaching by
closing the gap between 'reality' and the result I want to see and be
doing, is something I am beginning to enjoy rather than always feeling
like I'm falling short. I'm seeing progress by focusing on what I
can do today and DOING one small task today, rather than tackle the

me at all times. I'm on my 3rd day today, it's not easy but as
you said what really helps is the memento, and that's what I'm doing.

as I was thinking that I needed some accountability to choose and work
on goals. So I'm doing it and '100 days 'slows down the rush to
Christmas to a day by day focus.
I have my notebook,
my three goals, and action steps. As with most people I need to drop 30
pounds. Today is 202 and I will post it each day as an incentive.

I'm feeling so good
about this - I think its the daily goal setting for the following day.
Prior to this I was often too ambitious and set myself up to

I want you to know that in the past 100 days I have dropped 15
lbs and 3 dress sizes. I have added muscle and burned off fat
and, you are absolutely right. Recording and tracking progress on
a goal certainly makes a big difference. And, if you get off track,
course corrections are much easier because you know where and why you
changed things. Your notes and quotes have been immensely
encouraging and welcome.

I’ve been thinking I haven’t made as much progress on my
goals this time around – just now, going back and reviewing them
I realize it’s much better than I thought when I started this
email. There are only 2 gaps I haven’t closed –
and that is finishing my own website and one for a client. So I
know where I have to start the next time. The progress though has
been much more astounding that I had realized.
This "Goal Jumpstart" will have you taking action every day to keep
your goals in the forefront of your mind.
