was skeptical at first but the more I read the more I thought I could
do this. I didn't have any reserve to start with, so I had to pay off a
small bill and when I did pay off the small bill, I really got started.
I have paid off 4 bills
using this same method. Now I am going to start making payments on my
second mortgage, doing everything the same way. I expect to have it
paid off in 4.7 years. If I hadn't have gotten the e-book off of
Leo's web site I would have never gotten started to owning my own

for "How to Own Your Paycheck Again!". I must say that I was
extremely surprised at how easy and simple your system is and how it
really works. My husband and I were feeling very burdened and
buried in debt. Your system has made us feel much better about

Over the last few years, my
husband and I have had to make a great deal of changes. First off
we lost 70% of our income in one month. Now, I've always been
good at saving money (at least when I have it to save) but nothing
prepared me for this. Then after overcoming that and learning to

I was skeptical because I had not had used coaches or financial
advisors in the past. However, because it was a transitional time in my
life and I was looking for solutions out of the mainstream for my

I took your Own Your Own Paycheck course a little over a year ago and
since then have paid off two of my four credit cards and have improved

WOW!! – I don’t even know where
to start. I have spent money (that I didn’t have) on books, programs,
how-to videos, etc. and have never had anyone explain things so
precisely and to the point and still get me motivated to do the things
necessary step by step to be able to remove my debt.
I was reluctant at first because I have tried several variations of the
same theme but to no avail. I continually looked for ways to get out of
debt based on my income alone. I of course, did the normal things or at
least tried some of them, like turning down my air, staying off my cell
phone, not eating, etc. you get the picture. (No, I did not sell my TV
like Charles Givens said I should.)
The very first thing I did was check out my credit report. There were
three (3) things on my report that immediately did not belong, to the
tune of $8900 that belonged to my ex-husband. We have been divorced for
four years! I had no idea.
While that was being cleaned up I decided to talk to my HR person about
my payroll deductions. She had a program that automatically figured out
exactly what my net would be if I changed them (We tried several
combinations). Right away I am netting $90.38 per month!!! Can I say
that again $90.38 per month? Who would have figured?
That was enough to make me sit down and figure my “Budget” one step at
a time just like you outlined. I had never actually taken this step in
the past, it always seemed so cumbersome. Simply by doing this one
thing I was looking at my bills and expenses in an entirely different
manner. I started doing some research and found out things like I could
change my local and long distance phone service to broadband. (This is
saving me $54.96 per month!!) I also found out that while it is
convenient it is not necessarily cheaper to have all of your services
in one lump package like some of the internet service providers
suggest. I am keeping my satellite service for my TV and my cable
service for my computer. It is costing me the exact same amount of
money.
Just by the two steps above I now have $145.34 per month as my
HEADSTART and I didn’t have to give up anything!
Any way I could go on and on and am still very excited about how many
new things that I will uncover just by paying attention.
I just wanted to say thank-you very much.
I will be completely out of
debt in 14 months. When I calculated this on my own (using a
spreadsheet and calculator). I was looking at over 6 years.

Our local High School offers evening classes at very reasonable prices.
When I saw "How to Own Your Paycheck Again" I thought that would
be nice! I knew I had debt that seemed to never go away. So I took
the class. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Leo was very
insightful, and he had a very basic no brainer way of attacking
your debt. I implemented his helpful hints on wherer to find
some extra cash to apply toward my debt, paying off the small
accounts first.
Since then, I've managed to payoff nearly all my debts.
I have 1 credit account left and 1 car payment which will be
paid in full by December. Then I'll work on paying off the
mortgage! You can't imagine the freedom I already feel from these
weights being lifted! Its nice to look at the future and know I
have choices other than paying off credit cards! There is a great sense

I never realized how the simple steps in your "How To Own Your Paycheck
Again" course are SO effective and easy to understand. In addition to
that , I appreciate all the useful bonuses you get by ordering. I am so
thankful there are honest people with useful programs that do work out
there today.
What worked best for me:
1) The Debt Cruncher program is the one I like best. (so far :) ) To
be ableto plug in numbers and instantly know when you can be out of
debt (by following the program of course) is very encouraging and also
lets you look forward to paying bills. By buying "How To Own Your
Paycheck Again" I now am much more careful of frugal spending because I
know I can be applying that money to my debt and taking a ton of time
off the payments.
2) I also used the advice in the chapter on paychecks to give myself
about a $100 /month raise! That will help a ton on reducing my debt.
These 2 items alone are worth the price of the course.

I actually purchased your "How to

around June of 2005. I downloaded everything onto my laptop, then
took my laptop to work to read it. For some reason I didn't
implement the program until just recently. Trying get out of debt
my way didn't work...paying off the lowest interests debts first.
Using the "Debt Crucher" that I got as part of your program that I
invested in finally allows me to see the light of getting out debt
sooner than never. Wereas I have been working on getting out of
debt for the last 15 years doing it my way...and my debt has only
increased. I have just over $38000.00 Using the "How to Own
Your Own Paycheck Again" I will be out of debt in about 5
years...YEAH! I wish that I would have started using this program
sooner...if I had I would only have about 4-years 4-months left to be
out of debt.

I followed your link on how to
sell on eBay; while I've bought and
sold there before, I now realize I'm probably sitting on about $3000
worth
of stuff. Once I get that sold I can pay off another credit card,
which will reduce my repayment time even further.
AND, I followed your link to 'Emergency Cash Generators.' While
not all of those ideas are practical for me (I'm overseas military) it
did give me
a lot of other ideas.
